1. For the discounted products there is NO RETURN, NO EXCHANGE, NO REFUND policy available.

2. New product only can be exchanged within 3 days from the date of sale but need to take same or higher price product but not less price product.

3. We offer the wholesale price to our customers only at the purchase of minimum 20 products in a single order (invoice). 

4. All of our available and displayed products are fixed price for regular customer. 

5. We also offer installment (EMI) system for our customers in case of purchase more than $1000 product. Our installment systems are 

a. >= $1000 => 1 month extra time for payment

b. >= $3000 => 2 months installment

c. >= $5000 => 3 months installment

Installment system is offered for both the local and overseas customers.
